FOR SANTA ROSA CLASSES:
Full payment is due at the time of registration, including a registration fee of $15.00 per new family, which is non-refundable. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued if you drop out of class prior to five days before the first class meeting. If you drop out any time after 5 days before the first class meeting, a refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of $20.00 as well as $11.50 for each week into the session at the time of cancelation, up to the second week. After the second class, there will be no refund, but credit toward a future session will be issued, in exceptional circumstances only. In this case, a credit certificate will be given that may be used by you or another family for a future session. It is valid for one year from the date of issue. A national curriculum fee of $40.00 ($32 for summer) is included in your tuition. It cannot be refunded if materials are opened.
FOR HEALDSBURG CLASSES:
Since registration is through the City of Healdsburg, we follow their refund policies, please check with them if you need to withdraw from a class.
Note: Class size is limited to 12 students. Registration and class assignments are made upon receipt of tuition and in the order received.
